Sexual health experts recommend eating the following foods to treat premature ejaculation:

- Oysters. White pulp.

- soybean.

- Almonds.

- Wheat grain.

- Beans.

- Sesame.

- Spinach.

- Peas.

- Hummus.

- Beef, lamb.

Dark chocolate.

- the Garlic.

4 - How to stop and start :

It is also known as the orgasm control method, which means stopping any sexual effort when you feel the urge to ejaculate, and then restarting sex when you feel calm. 

5 - Pelvic floor exercises :

Pelvic exercises contribute to improving sexual practice, increasing the duration of intimacy and eliminating premature ejaculation. According to a study published in 2014 in the Journal of Urology, men who practiced pelvic floor exercises, improved their ability to have sexual intercourse, and got rid of premature ejaculation problems.
